Cape Tribulation is located on the Daintree Coast, north of the Daintree River (approximately 1.5hrs drive north of Cairns). It is surrounded by Daintree National Park, which is part of the Daintree Rainforest World Heritage Area a spectacular rainforest habitat that ends at beautiful sandy white beaches. There are very few places in the world where you can experience two World Heritage Areas side by side, and when strolling along the sandy white beaches of Cape Tribulation you will have the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park on one side and the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area on the other!
